Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Because orders enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to determine the best resolution.
