Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer changes their mind
- Color preference
- Accidental orders
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it or refund your order.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or the wrong design, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed because your item is custom made.
